The products offered are handmade 3D-printed creations, sometimes customizable, designed for trading card games (deck boxes, stands, accessories, etc.).

Each item is made to order. The photos shown on the website are for reference only; slight variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of the production.

3. Orders

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Custom orders (logos, colors, specific dimensions) are confirmed in writing and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT not applicable according to Article 10, paragraph 2, letter a, of the Swiss VAT Act.
Shipping costs are specified before the order is confirmed.
Additional customs duties or taxes may apply for international deliveries.

5. Payment

Payment is required when placing the order or at the time of hand delivery.
Accepted payment methods are specified during checkout (e.g., bank transfer, secure online payment).

6. Shipping

Production and delivery times are provided as estimates.
TCG3DPrint cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services.

7. Return Policy

According to Swiss law, custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded.
For standard products, you have 7 days after receiving the item to report any issues.
All returns must be approved by email beforehand. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

8. Warranty

All products are checked before shipment.
If a defect is noticed upon delivery, please contact us promptly to find an appropriate solution.

9. Intellectual Property

All models, designs, logos, and content created by TCG3DPrint remain the exclusive property of TCG3DPrint.
Any reproduction, even partial, without authorization is strictly prohibited.

Your personal data is handled with care and used solely for processing your order (see our Privacy Policy for more information).

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Swiss law applies. In case of persistent disagreement, legal jurisdiction is in Vaud (Switzerland).
